The 21-Point Tune-Up

Every tune-up visit follows our comprehensive 21-point inspection protocol. Here's what our technicians check on every visit.

Heating System

  • Inspect heat exchanger for cracks
  • Clean and inspect burners
  • Test ignition and flame sensor
  • Check flue venting and combustion
  • Measure temperature rise
  • Lubricate motor bearings

Common Questions

When do the tune-ups happen?

We schedule heating tune-ups in fall (September–November) and cooling tune-ups in spring (March–May). You'll receive a reminder and can choose your preferred appointment window.

Does the plan cover repairs?

Plans cover the cost of the service call for plan-covered items. Parts and labour for repairs beyond the tune-up are billed separately, with your plan discount applied.

Can I cancel anytime?

Plans are billed annually. If you cancel mid-year, you'll continue receiving service until the end of your paid term — no pro-rated refunds.

Do plans cover multiple systems?

Each plan covers one heating system and one cooling system. For homes with multiple systems (e.g., two furnaces), contact us for multi-system plan pricing.
